State College Startup Weekend

Just like the summer flying by, so is the time leading up to Startup Weekend in State College! We are now just two months from the event, taking place from October 24-26 in the IST Building’s Cybertorium. The official site is now up on StartupWeekend.com.

We now need everyone to start spreading the word, so that we can get attendees registered. Given that there will only be a limited number of seats at the event and the usual strong demand that we can expect at PSU, I expect spots to fill up quickly.

Additionally, since I am not in State College, this will actually create an opportunity for the PSU entrepreneurship community, as a group of volunteers who are actually in town is needed to take a leadership role and organize the details for the event.
